Our story
Radian Finserv is an RBI approved NBFC that aims to revolutionize the lending industry in India. By leveraging technology and data analytics, Radian Finserv is able to offer loans at competitive interest rates and with minimal paperwork. With a strong commitment to customer service, Radian Finserv is constantly innovating to make the lending process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Radian recognizes the importance of the human touch in financial services, especially for tasks that require empathy or decision-making skills. To that end, we combines technology-driven processes with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service to offer the best of both worlds. Radian’s founding team is highly competent in implementing plans and delivering top-notch solutions to their customers.
Radian operates in the Gold loan, MSME secured and unsecured loans market and has plans to expand into other retail lending products. The company’s well-established distribution network covering five states in India, with 28 branches as on Jan 31, 2025, is intended to provide a seamless and convenient experience for customers.

Partha Sengupta Sanjiv Bhasin— Sanjiv Bhasin, Chairman
Sumit SharmaSumit has worked in corporate, consulting and operational roles, spanning country, regional and global mandates in his over 25 years of experience. He has worked across multiple geographies and has gained experience in business strategy, operations and people practices across different industries.
His primary experience has been in financial services, where he worked with HSBC (Mumbai, Hong Kong, London, Jakarta) and DBS (Singapore). He also held leadership positions in Telenor, and Jana Small Finance Bank, prior to co-founding Vector Finance, a microfinance institution incorporated with the vision of financial inclusion and women empowerment.
Sumit has significant experience in scaling up and transforming organizations. He co-founded Radian in 2020, and provides leadership to the organization, overseeing different functions and setting up the strategy and functioning of Radian.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Sunil KhannaSunil Khanna is a seasoned and thoughtful leader with a unique track record of running and scaling businesses. He has held leadership roles for over two decades across India, Indonesia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America in ABB, DCM Data Products and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.
He is the Non-Executive Chairman at Vertiv Energy (previously Emerson Network Power), India, since 2020, prior to which he was the President and MD at Emerson Network. He is a founding member of the Automation Industry Association and was the Chairman of the CII Maharashtra Council from 2015-16.
At Radian, he is the mentor for the growing team and provides key guidance on operational aspects and the overall strategy of the business. He holds an M. Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur and B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from IIT-BHU.

His distinguished career has seen him contribute significantly to esteemed institutions such as Canara Bank, Axis Bank, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Jana Small Finance Bank, ING Vysya Bank, and pioneering fintech companies like Davinta and Ninjacart
Moorthy’s expertise spans a wide spectrum, including product innovation, process optimization, new business setup, and forging strategic partnerships with farmer collectives to drive business expansion.
He holds a PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Mumbai.
At Radian, Moorthy is poised to lead gold loan business across all customer segment including rural and semi-urban towns and in the establishment of affordable Agri loans targeted specifically at empowering small and marginal farmers to elevate their agricultural income levels.

Partha SenguptaPartha Sengupta is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience in the financial services sector. Since 2022, he has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Radian FinServ Pvt Ltd, bringing extensive expertise in business growth, strategic planning, and leadership across Banking, NBFCs, Microfinance, E-commerce, Digital Lending, and Rural Distribution.
Partha has a proven track record of managing large portfolios, having overseen INR 14,000 Cr. at ICICI Bank and INR 9,000 Cr. at Barclays Bank. As the CEO of SV Credit Line Ltd. (2021–2022), he spearheaded a 62% increase in AUM while successfully reducing credit losses by 78%. He has also held key leadership roles at Satin Credit Care, Jana Small Finance Bank, and Matrimony.com.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Partha holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Pune. He has undergone extensive training in risk management, digital lending, and inclusive financing. His contributions to the industry have earned him prestigious accolades, including the SKOCH Award for digitizing micro-lending and the Retail Rising Award from Barclays Bank. He has also been a guest lecturer at Boulder Institute, Turin, Italy.

Rahul JethroRahul Jethro is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of experience in strategic planning, relationship management, sales, distribution, and Specialty tea operations. He has held key leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Co-Founder and Senior Vice President at Swara Fincare Ltd.
His expertise spans business development, industrial relations, Personal management, logistics, and key account management. With a strong background in managing large-scale operations, he has successfully handled multifunctional roles across tea estates, factory operations, sales, and marketing. His ability to drive business expansion, streamline operations, and enhance profitability has been instrumental in his success.
Notably, he played a pivotal role in co-founding Swara Fincare Ltd, an NBFC, where he established the HR System, Insurance business, recovered major claim settlements, and led large-scale projects in the tea industry across India, Africa and Latin America.
Currently, at Radian Finserv, Rahul heads HR, Admin, and the Insurance Business, leveraging his vast experience to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
He holds an MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University and has undergone professional training in ISO Systems, Six Sigma Green Belt, and management development programs at XLRI and INSEAD.

Rajesh KRajesh brings over 24 years of expertise in the retail financial sector and currently leads the MSME vertical at Radian Finserv as the Business Head – MSME. With a strong background in secured and unsecured lending, he drives the company’s operations, business development, and strategic initiatives in the MSME segment.
Prior to joining Radian Finserv, Rajesh served as the Zonal Business Head for Micro Business Loans in South India at IDFC First Bank. His extensive career includes leadership roles at prominent institutions such as ICICI Bank Ltd, Fullerton India Ltd, Jana Small Finance Bank, and Vistaar Finance.
Rajesh’s core strengths include sales and distribution, channel management, product development, and risk management. He is a seasoned professional in MSME secured lending, excelling in credit policy formulation, appraisals, and portfolio management. Additionally, his expertise extends to fintech processes and technology frameworks, which he leverages to enhance efficiency in retail secured lending and microfinance operations.
At Radian Finserv, Rajesh oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including sales and marketing, credit and risk management, training, and budget planning. His leadership is instrumental in driving growth and delivering value to stakeholders.
Rajesh holds an MBA from Annamalai University and is a certified alumnus of the Advanced Program in Leadership from IIM Bangalore, further solidifying his credentials as a dynamic and results-oriented leader.

Rohit KediaRohit Kedia is a seasoned finance professional with a career spanning over a decade. Rohit has a diverse background, having worked in leadership roles for prominent organizations such as KPMG, Stellaris Venture Partners and consulting sectors.
Rohit has accumulated extensive experience across diverse sectors, including private equity, technology, healthcare, and startups, establishing himself as a significant player in the financial landscape. His skill set encompasses IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP, statutory audits, financial analysis, process improvements, and internal controls.
Rohit is set to spearhead the financial operations and strategy at Radian. With enriching experience in accounting, financial reporting, and direct taxation, his background in venture capital and consulting sectors adds a unique edge to our dynamic team.

Shailesh KukrejaShailesh brings over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as the Business Head for the MSME and Gold Loan businesses in North India at Radian Finserv. He has a robust background in both secured and unsecured lending, playing a crucial role in business development, operations, and strategic initiatives within these key segments.
Throughout his career, Shailesh has held leadership roles at renowned institutions in banking, NBFCs, and microfinance, including S.V. Creditline Ltd., Satin Creditcare Network Ltd., L&T Finance, Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd., Janalakshmi Financial Services, ICICI Bank, and Shriram Fortune Solutions Ltd. These positions have enabled him to build expertise in areas such as sales and distribution, portfolio management, risk management, and product innovation.
Shailesh is highly skilled in MSME lending, both secured and unsecured, with significant experience in credit policy formulation, appraisals, and portfolio management. He also utilizes his expertise in fintech processes and technology frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and excellence in retail secured lending and microfinance operations.

He has worked in various leadership positions with large multi-national banks such as HSBC, Rabo Bank, DBS, and AfrAsia spanning Asia, Africa, and the United Kingdom. He has played an instrumental role in the formulation of regulations involving the financial services industry in different jurisdictions.
His expertise range from risk management, governance, and back-office controls to building the right team to create a meaningful impact amidst the competitive landscape. In the last decade especially, he has keenly focused on establishing digital platforms to redefine customer experience and increase market outreach across multi segments, services, and jurisdictions.

He has exposure to various facets involving business & operational strategy along with people practices. His significant experience coupled with eyes on a detailed approach has helped drive sustainable growth and maintain business competitiveness on various occasions.
He has worked with prominent organisations including HSBC, DBS, Telenor and Jana Small Finance Bank. During his entrepreneurial journey, he co-founded Vector Finance, a leading NBFC working in the microfinance domain toward women empowerment followed by co-founding Radian in 2020.
At Radian, he plays a key role in making the organization the preferred partner of choice for millions of retail clientele. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Vinay Chandra
Technology Lead
Vinay Chandra is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of extensive experience in the technology industry across Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, India, and the United States of America (Atlanta). His first stint involved working with his family’s electronic component manufacturing business followed by starting and setting up consulting business and assisting technology companies with their workforce needs.
In 2013, he co-founded Razorthink Software, devoted to solving customer pain points using Artificial Intelligence (AI) with custom application development. Since 2017, he has been CEO of High Peak Software, where he has been working to create applications across industries leveraging the power of AI and Machine Learning.
At Radian, he oversees technology development in pursuit of reaching out conveniently to masses of retail clientele. He has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Boston University with a research thesis in the field of Speech Recognition from MIT’s Research Lab for Electronics.

Parrtha Senguptaa is a veteran financial professional bringing over 23 years of diverse experience across the e-commerce, banking, and microfinance industry. He has a proven track record of conceiving and implementing ideas in practice that fuel market presence across pan India.
He has been at the helm of affairs managing products, digital payment solutions, market expansion, branch operations, investor relations, etc. in the personal loan, business loan, gold loan, and auto loan space for ICICI Bank, Barclays Bank PLC., Taraashna Financial Services etc.
